Congrats! You’ve done it! You FINALLY got an offer accepted on a home in this crazy inflated market after months and months of heartbreak. Now you have just ten (10!) days to fully assess and inspect every element of the house that’s simultaneously your deam home…and its sadly more of a fixerupper than you’d like at this price point. And you need a home inspector, you need a chimney guy, you need a roofer quote, you need an HVAC guy, you need a general contractor to come by and look at XYZ and you’re dizzy. Let me tell you. I called Bill Powers and right away he replied via text and set a time up for a call and set up an inspection right away. We tested thoroughly on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and I had that full report by 10am on the Tuesday right after. I could not be more impressed by both Bill (and his team’s) knowledge, professionalism and speed.

Sadly in this market as a buyer, you have to sign your rights away to virtually everything in a real estate transaction to secure the victory, but issues of mold/environmental are one of the few zones that you can actually have an ounce of push back on. And Bill’s team gave us the piece of mind to help feel more confident with proceeding on our transaction. Would recommend him to anyone reading this.

Great customer service! Joe was the inspector who came to do the assessment. His professionalism and warmth made me feel at ease having him in my home. And he kept in contact with me after the assessment to let me know the good news, even before the reports were ready to be sent. I felt really cared for. And the reports were clear and easy to understand. A friend recommended them to me, and I would absolutely do the same! They’re great!

I’ve unfortunately had a lot of mold issues in my life and have used many air testers and remediators. Bill Powers is by far the most diligent and best I have ever worked with. He’s so professional, prompt and takes his job very seriously. I’m so grateful to have found him. He’s really helped set my mind as ease on numerous occasions.

I was thrilled with the professionalism, promptness, and depth of knowledge the team at Powers brought to the job. They answered my never-ending stream of questions with confidence, and were great at explaining where their role overlapped with others in quantifying and rectifying the issues we ran into at home. Did a lot of research online to find a well recommended mold inspection company and no other company came close to the overwhelmingly positive reviews as Powers. Bill Powers did the inspection with a partner. They were thorough, personable, professional and explained in detail everything they were doing. Got the report right on schedule. You can’t go wrong using this company!
